nondairyconfectionery: I finally got around to making some more rainbow sherbert! These guys are a royal pain in the rump to make, but so worth it in the end! I have to use a completely different process from my regular ice cream scoops though, and sometimes they end up looking a little psychedelic, haha! The rings will be available in my Etsy shop soon for $12 each, and matching earrings will come whenever I have time to make some smaller cabochons. I also made extras to put on phone cases and other deco items!
